The following information is about Blood Pressure.
Blood Pressure Defined
There are two measurements of blood pressure. "Diastolic" pressure (the bottom number) means the base level of pressure in the arterial system when the heart is momentarily relaxed between beats. "Systolic" pressure (the top number) is the force with which each pulse of blood presses against the arterial walls, as the heaart pumps blood out.

Researchers have determined that individuals with mild to severe symptoms of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) are more likely to suffer from metabolic syndrome, a collection of cardiovascular risk factors thought to be linked by insulin resistance). LUTS encompass voiding (incomplete emptying, weak stream, intermittency, straining) and storage (frequency, urgency, nocturia) difficulties.
